August 2022: Healthy Baby, Washington, DC

This organization helps the poorest District youths build stable lives. We have donated clothing for mothers and children and provided school supplies. We also contributed to the tuition for one of the program’s beneficiaries to attend Phlebotomy Training at St. Agnes Medical Center in Baltimore MD.

How they work

They offer life skills training so vulnerable DC youth can make healthy choices. They offer evidence-based, one-on-one support so pregnant youth can have healthy babies. They empower the poorest DC youth with job readiness and advocacy training so they can move out of poverty.
